It might not look like much, but trust me, it's tasty!
So easy the ingredients and method are written together!
Combine the following in a pan
1 TB corn starch1 TB Nutritional yeast
1t onion powder
1t Italian herb mix
2 cups unsweetened soy milk (add 1 TB first to make a smooth paste, then stir in the rest)
Once combined add in the rest of the soy milk and turn the pan on Medium heat.
Add a spiralized zucchini
Stir till thickened
Add 5 quartered vine tomatoes and stir until softened
Serve it on a bed of lettuce.
DONE!
