i hardly had any of the ingredients, but i made it work with what I had lying around and what veggies i LOVE....and i do not regret. The beans did make it taste weird, i recommend using tofu or mushrooms!

sauce:
2 roast garlic, smashed to a paste, or sliced
2t soy sauce
1tb teriyaki
1t date syrup
1/2t red thai paste
1/4 water
1/2t chicken stock powder

1 small onion - fry till translucent
1 carrot
1/4 cauliflower or so
1/4 cauliflower or so
chunk of cabbage, slivered
some green beans
some frozen spinach

1 can beans ( i recommend tofu or mushrooms instead)
Black rice noodles or any noodles inc zucchini noodles if you swing that way - cooked till just separating
Fried shallots and sesame seeds to garnish

Method:
- Boil a pot of water
- prep veg and sauce
- start boiling noodles till just separating
- add in the onion and cook till translucent
- add in the carrot and cauliflower - you may need to add a splash of water and cover to help it cook. Cook till almost done to your taste.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients (but not the noodles or sauce yet) and stir and cover again till it is steamed and basically ready.
- Once it looks cooked add in your sauce and stir, then your noodles and stir (coz gluten free noodles fall apart!!)
- Top with fried shallots or sesame seeds if you like!
